This is a long 4hrs I do wish it had audio I had to read the whole thing and yes it will send you a free certificate within 5 to 10 business days but if you wanna emailed or faxed it's additional $10 and if you want it next day delivery it's even more

The course was fine.. to be expected. I got my certificate the next morning with my correct date of completion. Worth it besides the up charge to have it emailed vs mailed in 7-10 days I believe
